Information collected automatically. This site is a static website. It does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running. If we add analytics in future, this notice will be updated first.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries and applications, and to schedule and hold calls you request.
- To scope and deliver engagements you ask us to undertake.
- To keep the site secure and available.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it to train shared AI models.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the site, email and scheduling, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing the service to us. Professional advisers where needed. Authorities where the law requires it. Client data handled during an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement and stays in the client's own environment.
Where it is kept and for how long
Inquiry and application data is kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider. Data may be processed in the United States, Singapore and other countries where we or our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to us through the contact page and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
