Solutions
Built for the businesses that make, move and keep the world running.
Traditional businesses with real operations, and the investors who own them.
Who we serve
Our clients run on ERPs, shared mailboxes, PDFs and people who know the rules. That is where the payback is largest, and where most AI vendors never go.
Logistics, mobility and the supply chains that carry the world
Distributors, 3PLs and parcel networks: counter and field sales across large catalogues, load matching, shipment exceptions, claims triage and invoice audit across thousands of suppliers.
Manufacturing, materials and industrial production
RFQ desks, technical inquiries, procurement long tails and engineering change control, including regulated sectors such as medical devices, aerospace and defence, and automotive supply.
Consumer goods and the services around them
Order review, retailer deductions and trade-spend audit, customer service, and finance functions that still close the month by hand.
Private equity funds and their portfolio companies
A use-case map across the portfolio, then value-creation programmes company by company, each measured on the P&L line it was built for. We work with operating partners from the first diligence conversation to the month-six gate.
One operating system of your business, built in layers on the systems you already run.
Operating system
Every solution we ship runs on the same foundation. The last generation of SaaS left enterprises with platforms that do not talk to each other: ERP, CRM, PLM, mailboxes and spreadsheets each hold part of the picture, and none is connected well enough to turn that data into decisions. We build every system on one model of your business that connects those systems, so the insight locked in your data finally reaches a decision, and each use case starts further ahead than the last. Pick a layer to see what it holds.
01 · Systems
Your systems, left as they are.
We connect to what you already run: ERP, CRM, PLM, mailboxes, documents, spreadsheets and live feeds. Nothing is replaced and nothing is migrated. Data reads up into one model, and gated actions write back down.
02 · Meaning
One model of the business, in the words your teams use.
Customers, products, orders, assets, suppliers, contracts, locations: the things your people already talk about, with their properties and the links between them. One model serves every use case, drawn from the systems you already run.
03 · Motion
The actions the business can take, and the rules that bound them.
The actions a business takes, approve, assign, order, adjust, notify, escalate, and the rules that bound them: thresholds, limits, mandates, who may do what. Rules the business can read, versioned, and tested on your own history before they touch a live process.
04 · Judgment
Models that decide, held to a quality floor.
The models that classify, predict and recommend; the checks that hold them to a quality floor every week; and the scenarios that show what a decision would do before anything acts on it.
05 · The loop
People approve. Actions write back. Decisions return as data.
Your people and our agents work on top. A person approves what matters, approved actions write back through a gate you control, and every decision returns to the model as data. That is why the second use case ships faster than the first.
Governance, every layer
Governance in every layer, in your own tenant.
Permissions, an audit trail with sources, human approval on anything that matters, and your data in your region. You own the model, the data and the intelligence layer of your own operation. We build it with you, not around you.
Data reads up. Approved actions write back down. Decisions flow back into the model, so each use case starts further ahead than the last.
Built on that foundation: solutions customised to the problems holding you back.
Solutions
We do not sell from a catalogue. Once the operating system connects your data, systems and rules, we build whatever your business needs on top of it: the quoting desk that cannot keep up, the invoices nobody has time to check, the suppliers nobody negotiates, the claims queue, the month-end that takes ten days. Whatever the pain point, the model does not care which department it sits in.
01
Start from your pain point
Every solution begins with a problem you already feel and a P&L line you already watch. We size it in your own numbers, agree a baseline, and only then design the system.
02
Customised, not configured
Your rules, your thresholds, your exceptions, your language. The system is shaped around how the work actually runs in your operation, not around what a product allows.
03
Any function, one foundation
Sales, service, operations, procurement, finance, engineering. Because every solution sits on the same model, a problem in one department is solved with what was already built for another.
04
Faster each time
The first solution builds part of every layer. Each one after inherits it, so new systems ship in weeks rather than quarters and the cost of the next use case keeps falling. Efficiency is the point, for your operation and for the build.
05
Allowed to act
Solutions do not stop at recommendations. Through a gate you control, they approve, place, send and hold, writing back to your systems of record with an audit trail behind every action.
06
Owned by you
The model, the data and the intelligence layer belong to you. Over time the solutions become an operating capability of your business, not a stack of tools you rent.
Bring us the problem, whatever function it sits in. If it moves a number you care about, we can build for it.
Six capabilities AI is proven to be good at.
Proven capabilities
Strip the hype off any AI case and it comes apart into six capabilities with a track record of measurable return, ready to deploy today. Each of these is proven on its own. Combined, they are far more powerful, and that is what we do.
01
Process unstructured data
Documents, emails, images and conversations hold most of what a business knows, and almost none of it is in a database. Read at scale and turned into structured information, that knowledge becomes part of the operation instead of sitting in inboxes and PDFs.
Potential use casesDocument extraction · customer and technical inquiries · contract and change-notice review
02
Inspect images and video
Inspection, identification and assessment done by eye are only as consistent as the person and the hour. Done by a system, they are instant, tireless and the same at every site.
Potential use casesLine inspection · damage assessment · part identification from a photo
03
Detect what does not fit
A person can only sample. A system checks every transaction and every reading against the pattern, so leakage, errors and fraud surface before they reach the margin.
Potential use casesInvoice and contract mismatches · duplicate payments · quality drift
04
Find the natural groups
Customers, suppliers and products fall into groups that no org chart shows. Once those groups are visible, each one gets a strategy of its own instead of one average treatment for everyone.
Potential use casesCustomer segmentation · supplier risk tiers · product rationalisation
05
Predict what comes next
What has happened is the best guide to what will happen, if it is read at scale and without bias. Decisions move ahead of the event rather than after it, and hindsight becomes planning.
Potential use casesDemand forecasting · pricing that moves with the market · maintenance before the failure
06
Turn scenarios into optimised action
Knowing what will happen is only half the question; the other half is what to do about it. Options are played out against your constraints, the best one is chosen, and the choice improves as the results come in, with a person holding the gate.
Potential use casesRouting and scheduling · replenishment and allocation · negotiation mandates
Combined in one flow: read the inquiry, identify the part from the photo, predict the winning price, check the order against the contract, place it through a gate you control. Generative AI runs across all six.
How we deliver: scan, pilot, production.
How we deliver
Three steps, each with a gate you control. The scan tells you where the payback is before anything is built. The pilot proves the system on your own data without touching a live process. Production is measured against the baseline, and a gate at month six decides what scales.
01 · Scan
One to two days on site. We map how the work actually runs, size the payback in your own numbers, and tell you honestly whether it is worth building. No data leaves the building.
02 · Pilot in shadow mode
The system runs in your tenant on real data, beside the live process, without writing anything back. You compare its decisions with your team's until you trust it, then switch on the gate.
03 · Production, measured
Approved actions write back through the gate. Quality is checked every week, results are measured against the baseline, and the month-six gate decides what scales.
See it in practice: a global industrial distributor turning quotes around in under an hour · a global apparel manufacturer running order operations with 20 people instead of 32.
Your data. Your tenant. Your decisions.
Security and deployment
Adopting AI should give you more control over your operation, not less. Every system we build runs inside your own cloud tenant, in your region, under your data rules. Nothing asks you to move your data to us, and nothing you share is used to train shared models.
We support your security review: vendor questionnaires, architecture walkthroughs, penetration-test evidence and a written security addendum with binding data-protection and incident-response obligations. Ask us before the first workshop.
Deployed in your tenant
A dedicated environment inside your own cloud account, not a multi-tenant platform. Your data never leaves your perimeter, and you can revoke our access at any time.
Your region, your rules
United States, Europe or Asia: data is processed and stored where you need it, in line with your residency and privacy obligations, including GDPR where it applies.
Nothing trains on your data
Model providers are used under enterprise terms that prohibit training on your inputs and outputs and require zero data retention. Where a use case demands it, models run privately inside your tenant.
Access you control
Single sign-on with your identity provider, role-based permissions, and least-privilege service accounts. Your team decides who can see what and who can approve what.
Encrypted and audited
Encryption at rest and in transit, secrets in your own vault, and an audit trail that records every read, every action and the source behind every fact a system states.
A person holds the gate
Nothing writes back to your ERP, goes to a customer or commits to a supplier until it passes a gate you configured and can see. A person approves anything that matters.
